Dominican Republic Wedding Villas

Imagine it, you get a fantastic beachfront or ocean view vacation villa as the location for your romantic wedding! Everything in the villa, including the dedicated professional staff, is completely dedicated to your happiness, satisfaction and relaxation.

Dominican Wedding Planner

Our Dominican Republic wedding planners are wedding specialists with significant experience in all aspects of wedding planning in the Dominican Republic. Their connections throughout the island help bring everything together for your own magical Dominican wedding. From a small, romantic beach wedding ceremony to a spectacularly lavish wedding event, the wedding planning can handle it. It is their pleasure to provide you with the assistance, guidance and support you and your fiancée need to achieve a truly magical tropical wedding.

Note that use of our services requires you to stay in one of the properties we represent. All of the villas we represent require a minimum four (4) night rental.

We offer two different styles of wedding packages; one that has been pre-designed and another that is totally customizable (al a carte) so you can select whichever is best for your situation.

Pre-Designed Tropical Wedding Package

Our pre-designed wedding package was designed to provide a complete tropical wedding package with the minimum of fuss. It is designed for smaller weddings, typically around 20 to 25 people attending the wedding reception. Some customization can be done, such as changing the floral arrangements, but adding items will add cost to the wedding package.

Price: $4950.00 USD – maximum 18 persons. Add’l guests are charged at $65/pp, which includes both the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. All alcoholic beverages are additional and charged ‘by the bottle’.

Customized Tropical Wedding Package

Your love is different and so your wedding can be different from all others as well. If you are seeking to create that magical one-of-a-kind wedding in the Dominican Republic, this is the wedding package for you. You are able to truly customize this wedding packaging using al a carte selections from our vast array of wedding features. If you have a Dominican wedding planned with more than 25 people, this is the wedding package for you.

The customized wedding package provides for:

Price: $5,000 to $20,000+ depending upon the size of your wedding party and the various features you add to the wedding event. The number of people will vary the cost more than anything else. We can easily plan weddings of 200+ people depending upon which villa you select. But we can also plan smaller weddings that want to use the al a carte selections above.

Note: it is not possible to have an actual wedding on the beach if it is a Catholic wedding. The Catholic Church insists on weddings occurring within in the Catholic Church itself. However, we can certainly help plan a special a very romantic wedding ceremony on the beach (or wherever else you may want).

As an added special gift to all of our weddings planned by us and hosted in our luxury accomodations, we provide you with a dedicated wedding website using Wedding Window. Just look at these custom wedding site features! Remember to request this when you are placing your reservation because we cannot add it later!

Additional Guest Accommodations

Often, the Dominican Republic wedding villa will be able to accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. If your wedding group is larger than this we can offer additional accommodations. From large villas to smaller villas and even the nearby hotel (which is quite nice) are all available to help your guests relax and enjoy the wedding in comfort.
